How CareAssist Works?
CareAssist works by creating personalized care plans based on an initial assessment of a participant’s needs and goals. They provide tailored services like personal care, therapy, and community support, coordinating with NDIS plans. CareAssist monitors progress and adjusts services as needed, focusing on promoting independence and empowering individuals with disabilities to engage in their community.
