Early Childhood Supports

Early Childhood Approach (CareAssist Australia) helps children aged 0-9 with developmental delays or disabilities, along with their families. We provide this program in Caboolture, Brisbane, and Loganholme through the NDIS. Every child is unique, so families work with an Early Childhood Partner to understand their specific needs and the support they require for a fulfilling life and daily activities. Partners connect families with local services, such as playgroups, daycare centers, and child health programs. Early Childhood Partners can also assist families with ongoing support needs in applying for help through the NDIS and creating a CareAssist Australia plan.
